These rectangular checker boards are crafted from cherry and walnut hardwoods. Each board is hand sanded and have integrated handles for easy pick up. All cutting boards come with rubber non-slip feet installed on the bottom.
We developed our end grain cutting boards to be functional yet beautiful. These boards will protect your knife blades, provide stability during use and are beautiful enough to keep on the counter. Using traditional butcher block methods, they are handcrafted with the wood pieces oriented vertically to maximize scratch resistance and minimize impact on cutting edges.
After the completion of each board, they are conditioned with food grade mineral oil prior to being sealed with our handmade FM Woodworking Board Butter.
