This one of a kind brisket sized Texas flag cutting board is crafted from 100% Pecan hardwood in varying shades. Each inlayed start is done by hand. The board had integrated handles for easy pick up, and come with rubber non-slip feet installed on the bottom. Most brisket boards come with a juice groove unless otherwise shown in the photos.
We developed our end grain cutting boards to be functional yet beautiful. These boards will protect your knife blades, provide stability during use and are beautiful enough to keep on the counter. Using traditional butcher block methods, they are handcrafted with the wood pieces oriented vertically to maximize scratch resistance and minimize impact on cutting edges.
After the completion of each board, they are conditioned with food grade mineral oil prior to being sealed with our handmade FM Woodworking Board Butter. Variations in the color and pattern of the wood is expected and normal.
